SHIPPING / HANDLING
  • Shipping / handling charges are 10% of subtotal.
  • All orders received without shipping costs included will not be processed.
  • Shipping / handling charges will be added and separately stated on invoice.
  • Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for shipping.
  • Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of out of stock items.
  • Express Delivery:
    • Fax 1-204-261-4080 for quicker service.  Include the date package is required (extra fees for express shipping).

PREPAID ORDERS

  • Prepaid orders must include payment by cheque or credit card. (VISA / Master Card / American Express).
  • Credit card orders must include card number, signature, and expiration date.
  • Personal orders must be prepaid.

TERMS

  • Net 30 days on all purchase orders. (Finance charge on late payments)

BACK ORDERS

We pride ourselves on complete, on time delivery.  If there are items back ordered on your shipment, they will be shipped immediately upon availability.

ON APPROVAL / RETURNS / REFUNDS

  • Materials in resalable condition will be accepted for return within 30 days after receipt.
  • Full refund on any product (s) no longer available.
 TAX EXEMPTION
  • To qualify for tax exemption your order MUST:
    1. Be shipped directly to a reserve address;
    2. Include tax exempt letter;
    3. Clearly indicate a tax exempt # on order form.
